Rodeo

As we grow older some of us grow apart. It is nice to still have those friends close to your heart. Chey has been a great friend through everything. Hard to believe this coming May we will be graduated. We have seen our siblings do it, but now its our time. Chey loves her horses. I was able to go to one of her fall rodeos in Homedale. This coming spring I will share more of hers as well.

Senior Pictures

Picture time for seniors. Senior pictures are a mile marker of life. Looking back on what you use to look like, or what you wore. Giving them to your friends and family sharing the excitement of graduation. One of my great friends helped me out by being a model. These are taken down town Caldwell. A gorgeous girl on a pretty day, cant ask for much more than that.

College

The dream I had was to go to CSI and become a police officer. Living my life around law enforcement made that choice so easy to choice. Wanting to help around my community in a way I knew how. I figured my college plans were set of what to do. Come to realize that was all wrong. One day in English class we got a speaker. He was a representative from The Art Institute. Showed us many things that they offer. This made me ponder. How much would I love being a police officer? How much do I love art? How do I pick? What’s my family going to say? This thought has been overwhelming me. I would love to be a police officer, but I am finding out quickly I would love to be a photographer more! But who said I couldn’t do both? No one. My grandma and I want to take a trip to Seattle and Portland to finalize which one I would like to go to. Life will be different for me. A new look of what is out in this crazy world. I’m excited. And I hope you are too!!!

Evening Walk

All these next pictures are taken straight from my back yard. One night I felt the urge to take pictures. Taking different angles and objects I ended up with a great turn out.

This photo is the start to something great. I am working on a 7 photo scholarship that tells a story. The 1st of 7.

Fair

This was the first year I have entered the Canyon County Fair with my work. Not knowing what to expect I added three items any way. My Moose, Jumpin Jaden, and Cowboy Up. Drawing recieved first, second for Jumpin Jaden, and for Cowboy Up I got a first place and also a Champion. These will also be entered into the Owhyee County Fair and Western Idaho Fair.
I wanted to start this blog page for views of my art. Here are some pictures that over time I have drawn or painted. Art to me is a way to express myself. To let out stress, or show excitment. I started drawing in the 6 th grade. I took the class because I wanted to have fun. Never knew how to draw before then. The start of my freshman year I wanted to broden my horizon. Step out from drawing and challenge myself. Painting was a great way to do that. After three years of painting and drawing I once again wanted another challenge. That is when photography came in handy. I hope you enjoy my work. And let me know what you think about it.
